Our lives are better when we can stay connected to our family, friends, community and services. With a little help from family and friends, older adults can learn to use their tablet, smartphone, or computer to increase their social connections and access to vital resources.
Created by DOROT program experts, Tech Guides are available for public use. They contain step-by-step instructions on how to teach older adults, who are often late-tech adopters, to use their devices to use Zoom video conferencing, check e-mail, and so much more. New guides are added regularly, so check back if you do not see what you need.
If you are an older adult interested in being matched with a trained DOROT Tech Coach, please reach out to us at: technologyhelp@dorotusa.org or dial 917-441-3706.
