Thank you to the hundreds of volunteers who gave their time and made connections during Rosh Hashanah Package Delivery on September 22!
Volunteers delivered joy and connection to over 500 older adults across Manhattan and Westchester and ranged from individuals to families, pairs of friends to groups of colleagues, and even former DOROT interns. See a few photos below and more HERE.
One volunteer shared: "I was such a lovely experience...I think we talked and laughed for almost 3 hours. What I loved most when I went to pick up my bag was that there were people of every age giving their time to another, and we all were happy to do just that."
